Shipping & Returns

We hope that you will enjoy your purchase.  As a result, we do our best to make sure that you receive your order in a timely fashion.  In most cases ordered items will be shipped within 48 hours. 

Since most of our items are handcrafted, it is possible that we may not have an item made.  If that is the case, we will contact you immediately to provide an expected delivery date.

In the event the item you ordered is damaged, we will replace it.  Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship a replacement as soon as possible.
